For example, our pyridine derivatives are required for the manufacture of mosquito and tick repellents.

RASCHIG'S intermediate products can also be found in newly developed cancer pharmaceuticals.

RASCHIG'S major players in this field comprise pyridine aldehydes, acetyl pyridine, pyridine carbinol, pyridinedicarboxylic acids, pyridine-N-oxides, pyridine-2-ethanol and 2-vinyl pyridine, all of which have been carefully developed and optimized over decades, providing the highest quality standards demanded by the pharmaceutical industry.

A further focal point of our business is biological buffers. Products known in the industry as "good" buffers are manufactured by RASCHIG to the highest UV purity standards, as required by the pharmaceutical industry. These sulfopropyl buffers are gaining in importance in the field of biotechnology.
