The production of chemical substances implies a large responsibility. RASCHIG has always been aware of. and regard it as absolutely natural to use all the technical facilities which are available to keep our environment clean.

Among other things, we constantly strive to minimize the amount of waste which arises from the production processes. RASCHIG's phenol recovery unit is one example.


We take it serious to use more and more environmentally compatible mate- rials and processes - always with a view to sustaining our resources. Energy saving is another concern of ours. One example of this is the plant for therma- lincineration.

The environment will continue to play an important part in the future develop- ment of our company. We intend to preserve and consolidate our market position by developing highly specialized, innovative and customer-oriented products.
